Shijia came to the UK in 2023 to study jewellery at U.A.L.
Her work is made primarily in metal which she combines with more unusual materials such as plaster and fabric to form repetitive shapes.
In the near future Shijia hopes to secure a jewellery internship in the UK, not only to expand her practical experience but also to learn how to intergrate and manage her design work with marketing.
Shijia will be with us until March 25.
