EMBROIDERY MEETS SILVERSMITHING
Faye is an award-winning designer who creates striking and wearable objects exploring the use of embroidery to unify areas of contrasting colour, weight or materials. Each piece is intuitively and organically crafted through an organic selection of materials and technique.
Originally trained in textiles, and with over thirteen years’ experience designing highly tactile fabrics for fashion and interiors, Faye applies her perpetual curiosity for surface and materials to create bold pieces of jewellery which marry my textiles practice and silversmithing.
Faye Hall will be showcasing her contemporary jewellery at Collect.
Running from 3 - 5 March 2023 (Previews 1-2 March), and marking its 19th edition, COLLECT is an exceptional opportunity to acquire new, museum-quality work from living artists internationally. With its historic and beautiful Grade I listed architecture, Somerset House provides a stunning backdrop for displaying contemporary craft in fully immersive interiors setting.
