While all of our blankets and pillows are made in the UK, our makers draw their inspiration from across the globe. Majeda Clarke's chunky blankets are woven in 100% natural lambswool and merino in a Welsh mill, while her geometric designs are inspired by the synergy of the history of the British textile industry and her Bangladeshi heritage. Mary Macgregor, meanwhile, is reviving the ancient tradition of Fair Isle knitting in her blankets, throws and scarves. From her studio in Shetland, she uses a small-batch, sustainable model to put a contemporary twist on historic Fair Isle patterns in ultra soft 100% superfine Italian merino.

The luxury of a one-off handmade blanket is in the details: from the silky smooth feel of 100% Merino wool and the comforting slub of lambswool to immacutely executed hand-finished edging in silk and velvet. Our makers cater to a range of tastes, from classic tartans and plaids in muted shades to bold contemporary prints in opulent reds and golds.
