Accuracy of information on the site
We do our best to ensure that information on our site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, however, information on the site may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. All specifications, products, descriptions and prices of products for sale on our site are subject to change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including their colour. However, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, content or materials provided through the site.
The inclusion of any products or services on the site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to remove any product from the site at any time.

Placing an order
When you place an order, we will need your name, address, e-mail address, contact telephone number, credit/debit card number and expiry date. For your security, we do not store your credit or debit card details. This information is processed securely by Stripe or Apple Pay.
When your request has been processed we will notify you of receipt of your order and you will be able to check if all the details are correct.
Your contact telephone number may be given to our couriers in case they need to contact you about the delivery of your order.
Payment
Payment for all orders is at point of sale and not at point of dispatch. Payment must be made by credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, JCB). We can also process credit or debit card payments (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, JCB) over the phone during our opening hours.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery, unless clearly marked otherwise. Delivery costs are currently not added on at the checkout. The gallery will contact you separately to confirm delivery details and take a separate payment for the associated costs (see further information below).
By entering your card details onto our system you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must be over 18 years of age, stipulate a delivery address and possess a valid credit or debit card. We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by anyone at any time.
Stock and Delivery
Most of the products listed for sale on our site are unique and also for sale in our gallery so there is a small possibility that an item may have been sold before your order is received. Therefore all orders are subjects to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a confirmation order e-mail. Once the product has been dispatched, you will also receive confirmation by email. The contract of sale between us will only be formed when we send you the confirmation order e-mail.
Commissioned Items
Many of our maker members take commissions which CAA will arrange. Please contact the gallery to discuss any enquiries. A non-refundable deposit, payable at the beginning of the order, may be required and you will be given clear guidance on full costs and expected delivery times. Please note that your cancellation rights are affected once a commission is started – see below for more details.
Product Pricing and Descriptions
All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling. Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description, but please be aware that the items for sale on our site are handmade. Therefore slight variables in design and colour are possible.
Contract Cancellation
If you change your mind you are entitled to cancel a purchasing contract, provided you do so no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the products. You will be given a full refund, excluding the initial postage charge. Please note that this does not apply to bespoke, custom made items and commissions. Please see our Returns Policy below for more details. If you wish to cancel this contract before the order is dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy.

Material on this website, including text and images, is protected by copyright. It may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Prior written consent of the copyright holder must be obtained for any other use of material. Copyright in all materials and/or works comprising or contained within this website remains with Contemporary Applied Arts and other copyright owner(s) as specified. No part of this site or sub-domains of this site may be distributed or copied for any commercial purpose.
